As expected, the week started out on the slower side with China out from Monday through Sunday for the National (Golden Week) holiday. Early offers are similar to last week with most in the trade thinking the balance won’t be much different. A few people note some early interest, however, bids out of China are scarce with the holiday. A few confirmed trades are close to the last week’s trading levels.
