Monday, August 21 a total solar eclipse will occur in my location, St. Joseph, Missouri. The number of people converging on the city for this event is unknown (estimates from 10,000 to 1 million!), so no one knows what will happen (if anything) with the possible overload of utilities and other infrastructure.
