While it’s still early, follow through business from last week is light with buyers sending strong signals that they can or will not pay higher prices. Early offers overnight are mixed with most asking steady prices from last week’s lists. It has yet to be determined if there will be any change with the market direction and for the moment most are calling it steady/firm or more of the same.
