Ethanol & DDGS Production – Ethanol production continues higher, stocks decline

According to the EIA’s Weekly Petroleum Status Report, ethanol production inched 0.32% higher to 947,000 barrels per day (b/d) and stocks continued to fall, dropping 1.67% to 20.820 million barrels. The higher production increased the ethanol industry’s demand for corn, pushing it to 14.1 million bushels per day from 14.06 m/b, a 45,000 bushel a day increase from the prior weeks…
