March Soybean futures added 9 cents and pushed higher for the third straight week. Export sales were solid at 621.5 TMT. Sales for the old crop season were down 32% from last week and they were 5% below the prior four-week average. Total crop commitments are 96% of USDA forecast with 28 weeks to go. In the cash market, the basis remained relatively unchanged from the prior week.
