US corn sales for 2023/24 were reported at a marketing-year low of 120,500 tonnes in the week to August 8, down by 75% from the previous week and by 66% from the prior four-week average, landing below the USDA’s expected range of 300,000-550,000 tonnes, USDA data showed on Thursday August 15.
