Most grain prices on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange rose on Friday December 20. The January soybean futures contract jumped by 11.50 cents per bushel, settling at $9.74 per bu, while March wheat was unchanged at $5.33 per bu.
Meanwhile, January soybean meal increased by $10.40 per short ton to $294.50 per ton, and March corn rose by 5.50 cents per bu to $4.46 per bu.
