Unanimous USITC Vote Determines Antidumping and Countervailing Duties Remain Through 2028
The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) voted unanimously to leave the existing antidumping and countervailing duty measures imposed against Argentina and Indonesia in place. The USITC determined during its five-year ("sunset") review, removing the import barriers would likely lead to material economic harm to U.S. biofuel producers through unfair trade practices.
