The raw fresh hide market remains strong, which drove good quality Buenos Aires wet salted steers prices to move upwards from last week, now at about US$0.75~80 per kg.

Semi-finished and finished leather are following the upward moving raw fresh hide price, quoting higher.

Automotive upholstery leather continues firm. There little leather footwear demand, but this is dependent on business to reactivate in the USA and Europe.
