Cannabinoid hemp markets emerged from fledgling MJ markets, that in turn originated from illicit cannabis markets.  This history has an influence on the products, marketing, business culture, and even units of measure employed in wholesale cannabinoid hemp markets.  The shared history also influenced initial hemp prices, or pricing schemes for wholesale cannabinoid extracts. They’re manufactured with the same techniques and equipment and share similar costs of production to hemp extracts. 

 

Hemp and CBD have been a boon to MJ markets, and have advanced cannabis acceptance immeasurably.   Just the process of ironing out the many wrinkles that have emerged since the 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp has resulted in widespread conversations around MJ, at both the federal and state level.  These conversations are occurring at a time when the Congress and state legislatures are undergoing demographic shifts as younger…
