Organic Corn Chip Sales Continue to Trend Higher

 

Organic corn prices are getting as lift farmers continue to hold their corn in bins, waiting for prices to rise. New crop prices above $675 are getting farmers interested and Jacobsen has heard bids near $6.50 and offers near $7.50. Activity is light but a few transactions have taken place near $7 per bushel for Q1 organic corn in Illinois and Indiana according to merchandisers.
