Slaughter is unchanged from last week. 

Good quality Buenos Aires wet salted steer prices continue trading around US$0.85~0.90 per kg.

Demand is also unchanged.

Argentine beef exports totaled 49,000 tonnes of carcass equivalent (tec) in June, 45 percent less than the month prior and a third less compared to June 2020.
May’s beef export revision was to 78,000 tec, which represented the highest monthly level in 2021. The new tonnage reported yesterday by INDEC was 89,000 tec, approaching the record levels in October and December 2019 and November 2020, which were between 90 and 96 thousand tec.

June slaughter was reported at 1.07 million head, which was 9 percent more than May….
