Biodiesel Import Wave Continues

January biodiesel imports of 50.7 million gallons were six percent above the 47.7 million gallons imported during December and 26 percent above the 40.2 million gallons received in January 2023. This was the largest monthly import volume since September 2023 and the most ever received in any prior January. January imports were 171 percent above the five-year January average of 19 million gallons.
