Ruminant and porcine MBM spread starts to narrow
The market ended the week on a quiet note with no changes reported.
Ruminant meat and bone meal (MBM) moved higher this week out of the Mo. River market, up to an average of $284 per ton. Porcine MBM was lower out of the Mo. River market, down to $432 per ton, a 2.2% drop from the week prior.
